We operate a fast-growing content and technology platform that includes a podcast, newsletter, startup directory, vendor marketplace, live events, and more. Our mission is to connect and accelerate the early-stage RMG ecosystem.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Head of Podcast Operations to take full ownership of our growing podcast production function. You’ll oversee the end-to-end operations of three active shows (with more to come), own the systems and workflows behind them, and build a scalable production machine that runs smoothly, consistently, and professionally.

This is a 3-month contract to start. If things go well, we plan to extend into a long-term full-time role.

What You’ll Own

• Lead podcast operations across 3 active weekly shows (produced and/or co-produced by BettingStartups)
• Manage the full production workflow from scheduling through release
• Own project management tooling and processes to ensure predictability, visibility, and efficiency
• Oversee SOP development, refinement, and implementation, with complete ownership within the first 30 days
• Coordinate asset creation (short-form clips, episode graphics, etc.) for every episode
• Collaborate with internal team members on content distribution and cross-channel promotion
• Manage and mentor an awesome operations coordinator, and serve as primary point of accountability
• Provide technical oversight and support on audio/video production as needed
• Make informed recommendations on tool stacks for editing, hosting, and production automation
